“We do Git flow”
“We use <insert inferior tech here>”
“We have a change approval board”
“We rarely deploy”
“We don’t have a CI server”
“We don’t have tests”
“We don’t need types”
“We are in a change freeze”
“We have a separate QA team”

That said, good teams may do some of these because their organization forces them.

The real concern is teams that have lots of these, and teams where leadership sees all this as necessary due to lack of trust.
