My recipe for feeling great:
- Good sleep. Avoid alcohol and caffeine. Don’t eat at least 2 hours before bed. Avoid overeating. Go to bed early (around 9). Wake naturally. No alarm.
- Good exercise. Lift weights each morning. Walk at least 10k steps (treadmill desk helps!). Bike.
- Good diet. Drink mostly water. High protein. Fresh fruits, veggies, and meats, eggs, nuts. Avoid highly processed foods, seed oils, trans fats, & fried foods.
- Good inputs. Enjoy time with friends and family. Get a little sun each day. Hang out with smart people at conferences. Travel often. Favor books and podcasts over TV.
