My philosophy:
If I need an alarm or caffeine to wake up, I should go to bed earlier.
If I’m “too busy” to get enough sleep or exercise, my life is out of control.
If I need to drink to enjoy someone’s company, I should find different company.
If I’m in a bad mood, I probably just need to eat, sleep, exercise, or take a break.
