- React remains extremely popular, despite its favorable reviews falling slightly. React’s competitors interest many people, but competitor adoption largely remains flat.
- SPA is still most popular approach, but SSR is gaining popularity. 62% reported using it in the last year.
- Next remains the most popular meta-framework. Vite is also popular and remarkably well liked.
- Playwright is quickly gaining both popularity and positive feedback. It has a notably higher retention rate than Cypress.
- 57% want types in JS. It’s the most popular missing JS feature.
- Many haven’t used new JS features like toSorted, error.cause, and promise.any.
