I find teams often lack expertise in these skills:

Devops
Testing
Security
Accessibility
Performance

There’s a LOT to know in these areas.

Solution: Hire for the gaps. Or use consultants to fill the gaps.

Example: I’m helping a team with no automated UI testing experience set up automated @playwrightweb tests and run them on CI.

I configured the tooling and set the “recipe” by writing the first few tests.

Now they’re independent because they can just copy the recipe.
