One of the most rewarding things about doing code reviews:

Seeing people quickly improve.

Months ago, I reviewed someone's PR for the first time. It had dozens of issues. We collaborated and fixed them.

Today, when he opens PRs, the code is MUCH better. It's wonderful to see.
