Problem: Meetings are often needless, slow, expensive, and hard to schedule.
My solution: Create a video instead.
I make a clear proposal in a video, and send it to the decision makers.
This makes it easy for decision makers to quickly say yes.
This is especially helpful for proposed changes because I can record a "tight" video that clearly conveys the problem and the solution. People see the before and after in a few seconds.
They can rewatch.
They can watch async.
They can pause and think.
Then, they can say yes.
