1. I have a sense of urgency to help teams avoid the mistakes I’ve made over the last 20 years.
2. I know I’ll never arrive. I continue to make mistakes and improve.
Growth never ends.
Expertise comes from making mistakes.
It has taken me 20 years of mistakes to build my expertise.
