Voluntary growth isn’t “hustle culture”. Working outside work isn’t “workaholism”.

There’s no one right answer on how to live.

I worked long hours early in my career to get ahead. I built a successful independent consultancy, and wrote a library of a dozen popular courses.

I have no regrets over working hard to hit my goals.

Now I can enjoy more downtime over weekends and holidays. Life has seasons.
