Something 2020 made clear: Remote meetings work REALLY well when *everyone* is remote.
Why? Because no one is a "second class" attendee. We can hear each other equally well. We can see the visuals equally well.
We're on an even playing field. 👍
So, as people start going back to the office, I hope companies adopt this rule:
If one person is remote, we're all remote. Join the meeting from your desk so we're all on an even playing field.
