The worst dev team I ever worked on:
No source control. We yelled “stay out of x!”
No tickets or written requirements.
No tests. We fixed bugs when customers screamed.
No code reviews.
No types.
No CI.
I was a nervous wreck. As a new developer, I thought this was normal.
