Rhythm I’ve found: Work 2 hours, then take a long break away from the screen.

I do ~3 focused, 2-hour work sessions/day.

For breaks I lift weights, bike, walk, swim, eat. Movement and variety is restorative.

Result:
I’m focused and fresh
I’m highly productive
I enjoy my work
