Save money
Habits interact. So one good habit fosters another. Habits “stack”.
Skipping one of these makes all the others harder.
Doing all 5 makes each one easier.
The First Law of Ecology: You can’t change just one thing. Everything Is connected to everything else.
So negative feedback loops happen too. Someone at a disadvantage in a one area may struggle in all areas.
Poor health effects everything.
Poverty effects everything.
I can’t create a positive feedback loop if my health is so poor that I’m struggling to survive.
I can’t create a positive feedback loop if I’m so poor that I can't eat or sleep well.
This is why I believe the most important problems to solve are poverty and healthcare.
