2. No commute
3. Don't need permission to take vacation or work odd hours
4. Quiet office in my house
5. Can work anywhere
6. No mandatory recurring meetings
7. Flexible. Fit it work around life. Work when I prefer.
What's interesting about this list: Much of this list applies to people who work remote too. 👍
