Looking back, the moment my life turned around for the better:

I finally stopped doing the things I assumed others expected me to do...And I started doing the things that I believed in.

There’s a simple career lesson I’ve seen as a result: The more clarity I have about what makes me unique, the easier it is for the right people to find me.

A clear identity increases your luck surface area.

Being “normal” is vastly overrated.

A silly desire to be “normal” and “balanced” kept me mediocre and unhappy for a lot of years. Being comfortable with being weird freed me to go deep in the areas that matter most to me.
