I have days where I say “I don’t have time for the gym.”
Yet I spend an hour on Twitter that day.
That’s not a lack of time. That’s a failure of priority.
Exercise is actually a net gain in daily productivity. That hour isn’t “lost”. It’s gained. I’m more focused. More upbeat. More optimistic.
The harder I start my day, the better the rest of the day is.
Gotta eat that frog early.
