When a team regularly responds to code reviews with “Looks good to me”, I get concerned.
A code review with no questions, comments, issues, or suggestions for improvement should be rare, not the norm.
Example: Friend of mine was getting “Looks good” in nearly all code reviews. So he made a large PR that didn’t run, with multiple obvious issues.
Response? He got 2 approvals in 15 minutes. 🤦♂️
Time for a team meeting.
