When creating reusable components, it's useful to have a checklist of states to consider. It's easy to forget some of these:
- Loading
- Loading timed out
- API call error
- Lack of permissions
- No data available
In an app, it's a hassle to generate each of these states for testing. So it's helpful to document each of these states in Storybook. Doing so documents expectations and provides an easily accessible visible reference for each of these states.
