Commitments that radically increased my quality of life:
1. Work out daily.
2. No alarm. Sleep until I wake naturally.
3. Breakfast and dinner with my family.
Life is arranged around these anchors. This assures they occur.
If I’m too busy to do these, I start saying no.
“But how do you wake up in time for x without an alarm?” Easy. Go to bed 8 hours before. (I admittedly make an exception for occasional early flights)
