1. I click “call me” on Apple site
2. They call
3. I explain the issue
4. They apologize and mail me a new pair next day!
5. Included package for returning old. Postage paid.

Contrast with typical co’s:
1. Long hold wait
2. Try to convince them it’s broken. Walk through long list of forced troubleshooting
3. Ship for warranty claim at your cost.
4. Wait weeks in hopes for approval and replacement. In meantime, you don’t have device.
